I lost 2 more lbs this week. I went to the gym today for the first time since last Sunday, and was an even 200, after eating lunch. It is frustrating to weigh this much, because I honestly don't look like I do. I'm... compact? Oh well. Whatever. I did 6 miles on the elliptical, 61 minutes and 41 seconds. Burned 834 calories. I'm hopefully going to give myself an extra 30 minutes in the mornings this week to go and run, because I want to keep a more consistent check on my weight. I want to lose weight, but I don't want it to fall off too quickly. Or maybe I should just buy a scale. Anyway, how is everyone else doing?
